The Founders
Paperless Movement® was founded by Dr. Thomas Roedl (alias Tom Solid) in 2018.
Later on, in 2022, Paco Cantero joined the project as a co-founder.
They decided to work together because:
- They approach how to build Productivity Systems the same way.
- They have decades of experience related to productivity in the corporate world working for big corps.
- They’re both entrepreneurs and busy professionals.
- They’re 100% convinced, working together, they can much better unleash the full potential of busy professionals’ Productivity Systems.
- Finally, although one is German and the other Spanish, they both see life the same way.
Who is?
Tom Solid
He started using computers when he was 5… and his passion for using technology never stopped.
After studying Physics and completing his Ph.D. in Biochemistry, Tom worked in Big Industry (Hoffmann La Roche) as a Business Analyst for 8 years.
Before he left corporate, he was leading two teams in Manufacturing IT and implementing productivity systems that increased the team performance up to 60% with the same headcount.

Who is?
Paco Cantero
He started coding when he was 8… and didn’t stop until he was 26.
He became a Computer Science Engineer working for consulting firms such as PriceWaterhouseCoopers or Accenture, designing and implementing systems for big companies.
