The Corporate Struggle
Tom Solid’s experience in the corporate world was filled with endless meetings, overflowing email inboxes, and juggling multiple projects. He felt the pain that many Busy Professionals face, such as lack of prioritization and difficulty finding information when needed. However, Tom didn’t just complain; he came up with solutions. He defined work conventions, developed work streams, and even built a ticketing system that led to a 60% increase in team performance.
Achieving Success with Business Conventions
